Once your product ships, you should receive an email with your tracking number.  You can click the link that will allow you to go to either UPS or FedEx.  You may also login to the login page and lookup the shipment.  You may also email cs@bpi-labs.net or call (813) 771-7028. 

At BPI, setting up an account starts with discussing our account requirements with a client specialist. To set up an account please fill out the form linked below. An account intake specialist will contact you in 1-2 business days to discover more about the needs of your patients. We currently ship to 22 states for in-office use or to pharmacies. We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience. Orders can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Shipping rates: (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

2-Day (1-2 days) $20.00
Overnight (1 day): $50.00

Note: We do not ship products on Friday, unless, specifically requested.

Yes. Due to state regulations, we must have an active license on file. If you would like to order controls we also require an active DEA number.

There are many several ways to order at BPI.

If you are a Pharmacy ordering product or a Clinic ordering For Office-Use, you can order online through our login page.

You may either use our portal (see link above), send a fax to (813) 438-2040, call (813) 771-7028, or email your order to sales@bpi-labs.net.

BPI has an export permit and can ship outside of USA.  BPI does not take responsibility for clearing customs or having any knowledge of the laws outside of the United States.

Contact us and we will be glad to email you an order form. We can also customize order forms to best suit your clinic’s needs. 

We accept wire, ACH, and most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

As a 503B, BPI cannot ship patient specific medications, however, BPI works with several 503A pharmacies that are licensed in 50 states that can provide BPI’s products directly to your patient.  Please contact a sales consultant at sales@bpi-labs.net to learn more.

You must fill out a form, call us at (813) 771-7028 or email sales@bpi-labs.net to set up an office-use order account. 

Yes, the minimum is 1 case of any particular product.  Each product is packed differently so the minimum varies based on the product purchased.

No, BPI does not accept returned products due to governmental regulations. In limited circumstances, BPI may accept returns and/or issue a credit to customer. Please click here to access our Delivery Claims & Returns Form

For product-return requests and refund requests, customers should contact their account representative or call
(813) 771-7028. We will investigate the problem and come to a resolution in a timely manner.

If you are experiencing any issues logging into your account with the BPI Portal, you may reset your login.  Otherwise, please email sales@bpi-labs.net or call us during normal business hours at (813) 771-7028.

Some of the reasons you may be experiencing issues with placing an order through your portal are:

  •  one of your licenses is expired
  •  your credit card is not going through
  • the product you are trying to order could be on backorder
